I entered the airport not knowing that I would find the best bagel I have ever had. The service was great and the workers were friendly. There were plenty of choices with all sorts of variety for anyone's preferred taste. I recommend the tomazzo bagel with cream cheese, it was exceptional, and the flavors were absolutely incredible, very satisfied. I will be returning to this Great American Bagel shop every time I travel. 3

This location is phenomenal. They are the exceptional to the notoriously bad airport food experience. I have stopped grabbing a bite to eat before I head to the airport as they are that good. They excel at all aspects. They are fast regardless of how long the line is, they are polite and super friendly despite their close quarters and efficiency, and the bagels are made 100% as I ordered and are fresh, warm and delicious! Every fast food retail operation needs to visit this location and watch how they operate.

Brianna was amazing to me and my friend she gave us personalized recommendations. We got a turkey one with cucumber, lettuce, tomato cream cheese. It was absolutely delicious. I think it was called a turkey club. If I’m not mistaken Brianna made us laugh. We had a really good time. The sandwich was really delicious. I’m like a chef myself and I have to say 10 out of 10.

Really nice staff. Super apologetic about the cream cheese shortage. Would have loved a cold drink option, but she directed me to a stall nearby to get a drink. Bagel was toasted to perfection. Nothing particularly exciting about this place - except for the staff. Made my morning!

Ask for the hot chicken beacon club. Wonderful. I’m talking about the bakery in Terminal D. 100% recommended!

Stopped on March 14th at “The Great American Bagel Bakery” in Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers - RSW) before our flight and had the Chicken Bacon Club on a cheese bagel. I read a lot of one star complaints in the reviews but mine was the opposite. In fact this was one of the best takeout sandwich I ever had in an airport (takeout and airport are two important key words here!). Wife and kid were also delighted with theirs (BLT Bagel & Chicken Pesto Panini). Prices are airport typical, around 12/sandwich. Treat yourself, it’s far better than what you have on Air Canada’s inflight Bistro menu.

There aren’t many concession options throughout the terminal but this is the only thing that’s open early in the morning. The workers in the early morning shift were kind and prepared then they gave us our food as fast as they could.

As a professional traveler, I find it tough at times to find food at the airport when I catch an early flight. This GAC location continues to be one of the best food locations I know of. They usually open around 430am. Do not shy away if there is a line. These people are always FAST. Today (7/23/22) I was #8 in line and still had my food in less than 10 minutes. If you are familiar with GAC locations, then you will be very happy with the food quality and customer service. The two workers this morning were fast and helpful (even at that uncivilized hour of the day). Thank you for being there for those early travelers. I look forward to stopping in again on my next trip to Fort Myers (RSW).
